Ms. Kiki Powers

Ms. Kiki Powers

~AHoyHoy~ Kiki Powers (she/her) here; Drag Artist, Twitch Streamer, and Caffeine Addict hailing from that state of New Hampshire. My Drag is inspired by the strong women from tv and cartoons that I watched in my childhood for example: Fran Drescher, Megan Mullally, Dexter's Mom. I got my start doing drag in 2014 at my college's little drag show/pageant and I was a MESS. She really thought she was serving with no makeup other than lipstick and a lash performing to Kelly Clarkson, I mean I guess she was cause she WON. Nowadays I wear way more makeup and my numbers now are very much ballads, rock songs, and comedy for sure. That and now she's is showcasing her drag on websites like Twitch!

Mama Martini

Mama Martini

Mama Martini (she/her) is a Maine based drag queen living in Portland Maine. Mama began her drag journey in 2017 while attending The University of Maine. Mama's career started with a bang by competing and being crowned Miss UMaine 2018. Mama is no stranger to the stage, with an extensive dance background which includes several international and world championship competitions in dance. Mama has been involved with organizations such as Drag Out The Vote; a nationwide campaign aimed at motivating LGBTQIA+ individuals to go out and vote in local and national elections. Since moving to Portland she has been invited to join the legendary Haus of Dior.

Mama uses drag as an outlet spread queer love and acceptance; while acknowledging, processing, and healing from pain. She is a manifestation of self love and healing. Mama is the person you give your pain to, a shoulder you can cry on, and will always be there to guide you. She allows you to access the strength you didn’t know you had inside of you to make your wildest dreams a reality. Mama’s goal is educate the ignorant, and open their eyes to the reality that we are all human and we all deserve respect, equality, and the right to be our true selves.

Roxxxi Kass

Roxxxi Kass

From the Deep South, Roxxxi Kass loves her 80s music with her alt aesthetic! Hey y’all, I’m Roxxxi! My drag was raised from the 1980s music and fashion mixed with the punk rock scene. I’m also a show producer in the Brewer and Ellsworth areas; if you or someone you know would like to perform or try drag, shoot me a message on my insta @rajclove! Catch me at Mad Kat and Co. & The Breakroom for shows or out hiking trails in Maine.

Victor Vibrant

Victor Vibrant

Victor Vibrant (they/them) landed their glittery space ship on Earth in 2007 in the mountains of Western Montana. They pranced across their first drag performance stage to the tune of Just a Gigalo by David Lee Roth. Made of Aquarian intellect, sequins, and scraps of thrift store polyester fabric, Victor enjoys smashing (and satirizing) the patriarchy and gender binary with their heeled go-go boots. Victor bows to the drag queers who came before them, particularly Storme DeLarverie, Hugo Grrrl, and Landon Cider. Victor is excited to see how drag has transformed since their first time on stage, and can’t wait to see what the next generation of drag brings to this planet.

Dynah Thirst

Dynah Thirst

Always hungry and forever thirsty, I'm Dynah Thirst (she/her)! UMaine is where I started this absurdity and I will never pass up the opportunity to return. Drag artists of youtube were shining lights growing up in a small town and I'm proud to bring drag to the Collins Center Stage! My favorite part of drag is bringing a smile to your face and having fun while doing it.

Asster Rico

Asster Rico

Asster Rico (they/he) was born to Maine drag queer lyfe in the year of 2022, the Year of the Tiger-- a year for strength in a time of struggle for the world. You will find Asster shaking their...you know (it's in the name)...in leopard print, leather, and anything that glitters. Asster Rico finds joy bringing richness to the stage because he enjoys the thrill of expressing his identity through creativity, and hopes that it inspires others to do the same for themselves. Asster has learned so much from Queens and Kings before him (a special shout out to Victor Vibrant), and loves a good combined stage effort. His extended song mixes revel in the power of queerness, gender euphoria, and f*cking around to find out. Their costume changes know no bounds, and they might just make you question your sexual orientation.

Carmilla Velour

Carmilla Velour

Carmilla Velour is a drag artist and writer from Bangor, Maine. Carmilla values enjoyment and understanding above all else, and has set a goal of always bringing a message or a "wow" moment to every performance, and eventually to every project. Carmilla shares a love for reveals with their drag mother and idol, Sasha Velour, and hopes that through every "big reveal" that you see at one of their shows, the following rings true:

-you had fun

-you laughed

-you felt connected to something

-you put your hand in their hand and felt loved (you can also put a dollar in her hand and be REALLY loved).

Lucy Ho

Lucy Ho

Lucy Ho resides in Ellsworth with her two houseplants named Malibu and Danny Devito. Though fairly new to drag she is no stranger to a stage! With a background of performing in multiple musical theatre productions! But once Lucy dawned her first pair of heels she knew she was in it for the long haul!

Lucy is always ready to strut her stuff to the nearest stage or fast food counter.

When not performing on stage Lucy can be found in the kitchen with a cocktail in hand. Baking or cooking as well as at the piano practicing or writing her very own musical. Her full time job is slinging hammers as a roofing and construction worker.

Knocked Lucy

Knocked Lucy

Knocked Lucy (she/her) took the world by storm at the UMaine Drag Show in 2024. She has lived all over the United States, but her villain origin story begins in Maine. She is the reason why parents won’t let their kids go inside a Hot Topic store. As a FTM queen, she breaks all barriers of social and gender norms. Her goal is to make people uncomfortable and challenge the status quo because discomfort leads to growth and change. Knocked Lucy is a celebration of that divine feminine, main character, bad b*tch energy that lives in all of us. She embodies power and is an unstoppable force of nature. Watch out, because she will ruin your life if you’re not careful.

Her favorite drag artist is Pattie Gonia, though her own drag is inspired from her lived experience transitioning from female to male. Many of the elements of her drag come from the emo, alternative, and metalcore scenes, which gave her a sense of power and belonging throughout her life as she’s faced discrimination and hate. Her name originates from the metalcore band Knocked Loose, who have inspired her to take her bad b*tch power back from those who’ve tried to silence her.
